House Bill 1250 would permit male cross-dressers (men who dress as women) to legally be in women’s restrooms by giving government approval to homosexuals and cross-dressers. Businesses, religious organizations and possibly churches could be sued if they fired a man who showed up for work in a dress!
Fortunately HB 1250 did not receive a committee hearing and died in the House of Representatives. However, language can be added to another bill in the House or Senate.
Please call or email your Representative and Senator and ask them to oppose any amendment or bill similar to HB 1250 that would give government approval to homosexuals and male cross-dressers.
