Will Indiana Finally Move Forward and Protect Marriage?

A number of states around the country including Massachusetts and Iowa will now permit same sex couples to get married.

Efforts to protect marriage between one man and one woman in the State of Indiana have not been successful because of the actions of Speaker of the House Pat Bauer.

In 2010 there will no doubt be legislation once again introduced to begin the process to amend Indiana’s Constitution to protect marriage between one man and one woman.
