Planned Parenthood is Defunded!

Planned Parenthood is the #1 abortion provider in America and Indiana. Planned Parenthood currently receives millions of taxpayer dollars here in Indiana. Senator Schott Schneider offered an amendment in the Senate to House Bill 1210 to take away taxpayer dollars from Planned Parenthood. The amendment was adopted and the House of Representatives concurred with the changes made to House Bill 1210 including the language to defund Planned Parenthood.

Taxpayer dollars should not go to an organization that performs abortions!

Planned Parenthood is now challenging the new law in federal court.  Hopefully the court will uphold the law so that taxpayer dollars do not go to Planned Parenthood!
