What’s Next For HJR 3?
The next step to pass HJR 3 is for the 100 members of the House of Representatives to consider the Marriage Protection Amendment on second reading. This is the step in the legislative process where the opponents of HJR 3 will attempt to change the language of HJR 3 so that the people can’t vote in November to protect marriage.
If even one word in HJR 3 is changed, the people of Indiana will not be able to vote for HJR 3 on November 4th to protect marriage between one man and woman!
