The 2016 General Assembly gets underway on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Here are two legislative proposals that must pass in the 2016 session to protect the women and girls in Indiana!
Issue #1 – Protecting Girls in the Public Schools!
Legislation must be passed to keep boys out of the girls’ restrooms and girls’ locker rooms in the public schools. Girls in the public schools must have their safety and privacy protected!
It’s never right for a boy to be in a girls’ restroom or locker room in the public school!
Issue #2 – Keeping Men Out of Women’s Restrooms!
Legislation must be passed to keep a man, who claims to be a woman, from going into a women’s restroom and a women’s locker room throughout the State of Indiana!
Women and girls must be protected from a man, including a sexual predator (a rapist or child molester) from being with them in a women’s restroom and women’s locker room!
It’s never right for a man to be in a women’s restroom and women’s locker room!
