Senate Bill 35 and House Bill 1031 will protect girls in the public schools of Indiana!

Parents who send their children to the public schools have a right to expect that their children will be in a safe environment! This includes no boys in the girls’ restrooms and girls’ locker rooms!

Now we have a chance in the 2016 General Assembly to pass legislation which clearly states that in the public schools in Indiana, only girls are permitted to use the girls’ restrooms and girls’ locker rooms. That’s right…two historic bills (Senate Bill 35 and House Bill 1031) will keep boys out of girls’ restrooms and girls’ locker rooms in Indiana.
