Could Permit Men in Women’s Restrooms!

**Please contact your State Representative Today!

If House Bill 1250 becomes law then male cross-dressers (men who dress as women) could have the legal right to enter a women’s restroom in a restaurant or other retail establishment, park or highway rest area!

 Other Dangers From HB 1250

HB 1250 would give government approval under “sexual orientation” to homosexuals and to cross-dressers under “gender identity”!

HB 1250 does not have adequate exemptions for churches, non-profits and private businesses. This means if a man shows up for work in a dress, high heels and lipstick and is fired, the church, non-profit or private business could be sued!

HB 1250 could harm Hoosier businesses by increasing their risk of lawsuits. According to the America Family Association, “in a state with a similar law an employee with Shell Oil Co. won 5.3 million dollars in damages, why? The company had reprimanded him for leaving sexually graphic materials on the copy machine detailing “house rules” for “safe sex” at a homosexual party he was hosting in his home.”

A court in Indiana could use HB 1250 to legalize same sex marriages. Courts in other states have used similar laws to justify decisions overturning state marriage statutes.
