Advance America believes that parents should decide where their children attend school. Advance America supports continued freedom for private, Christian and home schools.
Advance America also supports current Indiana law which provides an opportunity for Hoosier parents, if they meet certain requirements, to have a school choice voucher to enable them to choose a private school for their children.
Indiana now has one of the best school choice laws in the Nation.
During the 2014 General Assembly there may be attempts to take away some of the freedom that Hoosier parents have to choose the educational setting for their children.
